Order Handling Time

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1 business day after payment is received. During peak periods,
handling time may take up to 2 business days. If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify
you promptly.

Transit Time

Once your order is shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location:

• United States: Orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping.
• International Shipping: Available to select locations with additional fees and delivery times that vary by
  region.

Working Days

Our carriers operate Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed on weekends or
holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $35.
• For orders below $35, shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on package weight and
  destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your
package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery

Your package will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. If you have special delivery
instructions, include them in the “Notes” section at checkout. Please Note: Pin & Shine is not responsible for
lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select locations, with additional fees for distant regions. All international
packages are shipped with tracking.
